Heat a pan and melt the butter. Add garlic paste and saute for few seconds.
Add veggies and red chilli. Fry for 1 minute. I have used cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, capsicum, peas, green chilli and tomato. Feel free to add veggies of your choice.
Add tofu or paneer and saute for 1 minute.
Add oats and saute for 1 minute. Add onion powder and mix well.
Add stock or water and bring it to boil for few minutes.
Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
Sprinkle some more pepper on top and serve hot.
